1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 7ace at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether using different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. When creating your account, you agree to:

However, it is the user's responsibility to maintain the security of their own device and login credentials. 7ace cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to secure their account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities:

However, third-party payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, for which 7ace bears no responsibility. Users are advised to review the fee structure of their chosen payment method prior to transacting.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7ace periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and tournament prizes to eligible users. All promotional offers are subject to the following standard conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus type carries specific wagering requirements (rollover), which must be completed before any funds derived from bonus credit can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in the individual offer terms and typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to newly registered users who have not previously held an account on 7ace. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses are strictly prohibited and will result in all bonuses being voided and balances forfeited.
